Elizabeth Crompton

Director of Sales

Liz has over a decade of professional experience managing special events worldwide, and is a Certified Meetings Professional. After many years planning special events for Rotary International, she is pleased to have joined The Crystal Ballroom’s team. Liz’s unique experience working with clients, vendors, entertainers, and chefs allows her to seamlessly synchronize all of the details that go into planning extraordinary events. Her goal is to ensure that every guest’s experience at The Crystal Ballroom and Lounge is incomparable and create memories that last a lifetime.

Alberto Riquelme

General Manager - Dining Services

A private club dining manager for many years, Alberto Riquelme most recently managed the dining operations of Ravinia Green Country Club in Riverwoods, IL and has also served the Lobos Club, Harrison Conference Center and Deer Path Inn. Alberto's focus is to ensure that our guests receive an extraordinary level of service and hospitality while enjoying our venue.

Anthony J. Krause

Executive Chef

Anthony J. Krause is the Executive Chef for The Crystal Ballroom & Lounge. Prior to joining us, Anthony served as Executive Chef for Moretti’s Italian Restaurante, Ravinia Green Country Club, and Glen Oak Country Club. He also served as Sous Chef at Medinah Country Club and Garde Manger Chef at Twin Orchard County Club. Anthony graduated from The Culinary School of Kendall College in Evanston and was chosen to represent the City of Hoffman Estates and the U.S. in “Angouleme France” at the “Gastronomade” in 2000. Anthony oversees the many aspects of catering services here at The Crystal Ballroom & Lounge, which includes creating and planning for menus, working with local purveyors to ensure we receive consistent and quality ingredients, and most importantly, making sure our clients and their guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
